Humphrey Transportation has been in the transportation business for over ten years. The size of the crew are five transport service attendants, a service supervisor, and a service manager. The team members have combined moving experience of over seventy five years. The company moves the household items of individuals, families, and businesses with care and compassion. The team is very professional, and we understand that "time is of the essence." In addition, we provide professionalism combined with excellent customer service, and "if the customer is not happy, we are not happy!"

Arrived within time frame and even messaged that morning to confirm their approximate arrival time. Worked hard the entire two hours with no slack or breaks and were very careful and cautious with furniture. No wall dings or damage to items at all. Incredibly respectful and easy to work with to achieve desired placement/arrangement in new home.

I made a "reservation" for this company to show up between 11am-12pm. The day before, I received a half dozen calls asking me to move the time back because they booked a customer beforehand, and needed more time. I compromised and said that 12-1pm would be okay, but I really couldn't afford for them to be late as I have several things depending on the work being done on time.
However, the day they were supposed to arrive, I get a call at 1230 saying they can't make it b/c the job before was running long. Extremely rude and frustrating, and absolutely poor way to run a business. The people from Hire a Helper said they can't do anything about this company, Humphrey, not arriving on time. They should drop them as a vendor, frankly.
I never take the time to leave reviews but Humphrey should be ashamed of how they handled my job, and other potential customers should be warned. Humphrey needs to learn basic customer service, respect to others, and rethink its business practices.

Jordan was able to accommodate me for a last minute move. I had a lot of heavy furniture and at least 200 boxes. Jordan and team were kind, professional and worked hard. They moved each item with care and respect throughout the entire move. I HIGHLY recommend Humphrey Transportation and would definitely use them in the future.
