Humphrey Transportation has been in the transportation business for over ten years. The size of the crew are five transport service attendants, a service supervisor, and a service manager. The team members have combined moving experience of over seventy five years. The company moves the household items of individuals, families, and businesses with care and compassion. The team is very professional, and we understand that "time is of the essence." In addition, we provide professionalism combined with excellent customer service, and "if the customer is not happy, we are not happy!"

We had a great experience. Two very polite, hard working gentlemen who got our POD loaded in just under two hours.
They listened to how we wanted it loaded and even took some stuff apart for us. We didn't know that we were supposed to do that before they arrived but it wasn't a problem for them!

The gentlemen were courteous and on time. I was surprised they did not wear masks. They completed the loading within 2 hours. However, the packing was not on a professional level. For example, a TV box was placed on the floor of the truck with a marble table slanted on top and a buffet angled on top resulting in a broken leg. The bed frame was angled into the mattress ripping a hole into it. I hope they will use this as constructive criticism to improve their packing service.
