Humphrey Transportation has been in the transportation business for over ten years. The size of the crew are five transport service attendants, a service supervisor, and a service manager. The team members have combined moving experience of over seventy five years. The company moves the household items of individuals, families, and businesses with care and compassion. The team is very professional, and we understand that "time is of the essence." In addition, we provide professionalism combined with excellent customer service, and "if the customer is not happy, we are not happy!"

The crew did not show up as projected. Two people arrived at 10 oclock. They arrive with just a dolley and are asking where is the truck for moving my stuff. The other two showed 30 minutes later. By this time my daughter and I had moved most of my stuff. They arrived with no tools to disassemble my bed and dresser , and mirror. I finished moving all my stuff within an hour, I learned that there was a 2 hour limit on how long I had to pay for. I feel like I was ripped off. I would not use them or hire a helper again.

I received a text to confirm the time. Two men “showed up” a few minutes early. They SHOWED UP ready to work. They were clean cut, professional, strong and they appeared to do a great job. They were well mannered, eager to give 100% for the entire time they were hired, organized, trustworthy and mindful. They handled my things with caution. It was not their first rodeo.
I hired them because of they had excellent reviews. I planned to leave a review when the truck after the truck was unloaded because of an experience with another company. But time slipped away and I had a lot of unpacking to do. Nothing was broken or damaged.
Hiring this company was the best decision I made for this move. If I own. They really were everything others said of them and more. Hire them and tip them well for their excellent work.
