This was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. Not only were the more than a hour and a half late, they were unprepared and the way they packed the truck and unloaded it, was absolutely a disaster. They secured nothing and didn't even loaded the truck correctly. I have less furniture to move out then when I moved prior which is approximately a small 1 bedroom apartment worth of furniture and because they don't know how to load a truck they were not able to fit everything into the 15" truck. Upon unloading they put all my boxes at the back of the storage and the sofa at the front halfway put the bed on top of everything to the point that it looks like a teeter totter. Not to mention that the put my 50" flat screen TV in so oddly that the next time I went in my storage unit my TV came flying out out and almost hit the ground. I paid $212 and was told by hire helpers that I would receive a prorate of what I had already paid, but instead all they gave me back was $17. I will never use Hireahelper again, and I suggest that anyone looking for movers does not use Packliable Moving Services unless you like shoddy service and a total disregard for your belongings, time and money.
