Quality Moving is GREAT to say the least! The is long but well worth the read
Our move was booked last minute (late afternoon the day before) but Ronald contacted me to reassure me that all would go well. He asked "real" questions and gave "real" answers (just as the reviews). Ronald & Brandon arrived exactly when he said they would and with no hesitation started right away assessing the home as to see what exactly had to be loaded in the truck. Then the fun began...they started to load the truck and when the first set of items were loaded Ronald asked me to come see how it looked...I just have to say we were VERY impressed! Throughout the loading of the truck Ronald and Brandon both made sure that if there were any items of concern (scratches, dents, breaks etc.) we were made aware of them. We felt that they told us not only to cover themselves but to make us aware of items that might have needed to be fixed or tighten in order to be safe. During the loading process not once did either Ronald or Brandon take a break...which was refreshing but if they had told us they were taking a break we would have not minded at all because they were working so hard. They were very understanding when they saw that some items were still being packed by us and treated all of us with much respect, even the kids. When we arrived at our new location again with no hesitation they began to unload our items. They always asked where something went to ensure we were not left to have to carry anything upstairs or downstairs that had been placed incorrectly due to our "not so good" labeling. As I was taking pictures of items of concern to give the property management both Ronald and Brandon asked me several times if I had "seen this" or "seen that" which was very impressive because most companies just get your stuff and throw your stuff with no real concern for you or your belongings but this was NOT the case at all. We had some excitement when a very strong wind storm started to blow in and with some items still sitting outside(again our fault because we did not have key to the garage yet) the house, we were a little concerned but both Ronald and Brandon sprung into "SUPER" mode and handled everything calmly and professionally. Now we loved EVERYTHING about Quality Moving but what totally impressed us and locked in our decision to ALWAYS use them or refer them to others for moving needs was Brandon's unexpected act of kindness and concern. My friend and I were standing in the kitchen area around a small corner from the front door when the door opens quickly (so I look) and I see Brandon toss some baskets with our plastic ivy plants in them and then the door shuts loud and I see Brandon run by the window...so I said to my friend "wow that's not like him to just throw these in the house like that it must be really bad out there (it was). So, I pick up the planters and start to put them back together and about 7 minutes later Brandon, out of breath and sweating(not stinky) comes in the door and hands me a small stick of the plants...looking puzzled while Brandon is catching his breath I asked what happened and he said that when he stepped out of the truck with the planters, the wind started to take them and the piece he just handed me had started to blow down the street. So, because he wanted to make sure to not let it blow away (even after my husband said to just let it go)Brandon ran two blocks in dusty strong winds to get our plastic plant. We were SHOCKED to say the least and were SUPER impressed with Brandon's concern for our property even if it was probably only a .99 cent plant.
Anyway, once the move was complete and only going over our two hour booked time by just a little bit due to my poor judgment of time we were all moved in and completely satisfied with the way Ronald and Brandon handled our move and kept all 7 of us from losing our heads and stress free.
Ronald and Brandon we can not THANK you enough for all your hard work, concern, respect and over all friendly dispositions. We will ALWAYS use and recommend your services whenever possible!

We had a great experience with Ronald. He's extremely careful! We have a brand new house and not even a nick! Very pleased with the work! We had some very heavy furniture that needed to be taken upstairs! Highly recommend!

They were very accommodating. Closings do not always go smoothly. They kept in contact to assure they would be there when we neded them. They worked hard and quickly, but they were careful with our belongings and walls. I would definitely use them again.

Would give them 20 stars if I could. Ron and his helper are great! They were fast but careful at the same time and they showed up early for the job. I was amazed on how much stuff they packed in a truck. They made the move much less stressful and I will use them again whenever I need something moved.

This is the second time I have used this service - unloading two PACK RAT containers a few month ago and loading two PACK RAT containers this time. Ron and his partner arrived on time, work very hard and very careful with any thing being unloaded or loaded. I would recommend "Quality Moving" to anyone.

Showed up on time, very respectable. They loaded the truck and as they went asked us to see it and approve. They wrapped everything in pads and were very respectful of our property. They even helped us move our refrigerator which was just being sold that day. Definitely would use them again or recommend them.

Strong, knowledgeable and friendly moving experience. Specializing in direct placement of household goods per room. Our main Foreman/Owner Ronald Butcher has been decorating and customizing homes from his experience watching his mother as a high-end interior designer for the greater Hollywood and Pasadena California surrounding cities from 1979-1990. He has the "know-how" and talent at placement and interior design. Passionate about moving; He is always on Hire-a-Helper job sites for your piece of mind.

Let us do the work and not be stressed out or concerned. We're the best and very patient.

Everything and anything. No job too big or too small. Moving is second nature to myself (Ronald) and my employees. . work with the industries best!

4 hrs of moving related training videos. 4-6 hrs of hands on paid apprenticeship peace work prior to full/part time work.
