I hired Quality Moving to empty a 16 foot PackRat container that was fully loaded with boxes and high-end furniture. This was my first experience using this type of Hire A Helper service so I was a bit skeptical about how well this would work. Well, I have to admit that I was blown away with the high level of quality of service and care they showed each item that was moved. Ron, who heads Quality Moving,was in constant contact with me before the scheduled move in date. They arrived on schedule and Ron came with the two movers at no charge for his service. I hired them for four hours. They did the total move in three hours and reduced the charges as a result. This was a nice surprise of additional savings. Most importantly, they moved everything in without the slightest bit of damage to any item. They unwrapped all blankets and placed the furniture exactly where desired and set up beds and re-assembled legs on furniture where needed. I was totally delighted with their efforts and how accommodating they were throughout the process. I would highly recommend these guys for any future moves.

This was the most pleasant experience, the guys came right on time and helped me put everything exactly where I wanted it, even moved things into my storage...they were polite, efficient and respectful of the walls and doors when moving furniture.

These guys WERE quality! They made things very easy for us during the move. They kept in contact with me from the day after hiring them, all the way to the day of the move. They offloaded the Uhaul during the hottest day of the year, and up 3 flights of stairs. They even showed me all the damage that the first helpers caused from loading the Uhaul in the first place (showing me before offloading so I can see it untouched), and potential reasons for damage as well (such as putting my flatscreen on its side, heavy on top of light boxes, etc).
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in this area needing secure, professional help. GREAT service, GREAT communication, and extremely professional workers. When we move again, we will use this company before going anywhere else.

Promptly on time three men arrived - spent long hours in the heat moving items from the home to the pod. Carefully, respectfully everything was moved and very carefully arranged in the pod. Not one single "dent" in the entire townhome - all items carefully wrapped and carefully arranged in the pod. They knew exactly what to do with everything - even had extra packing materials with them.
Very kind - excellent job - I would highly recommend all three again and will want to use this group when the pod contents need moving to a permanent place.

Our main Foreman/Owner Ronald Butcher has been decorating and customizing homes from his experience watching his mother as a high-end interior designer for the greater Hollywood and Pasadena California surrounding cities from 1979-1990. He has the "know-how" and talent at placement and interior design. Passionate about moving; He is always on Hire-a-Helper job sites for your piece of mind.

Let us do the work and not be stressed out or concerned. We're the best and very patient.
What types of moves have you handled?
Everything and anything. No job too big or too small. Moving is second nature to myself (Ronald) and my employees. . work with the industries best!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and proudly taking them "home".
What training do you provide your crew members?
4 hrs of moving related training videos. 4-6 hrs of hands on paid apprenticeship peace work prior to full/part time work.
