Alexander and his helper were hard workers and a pleasure to work with. They showed up right on time and immediately got to work. They didn't slow down until the work was done. The two men were on time, friendly and respectful, surveyed the move expertly and handled our goods with care and very expediently as well. The lead mover was quite good at packing and loading the truck as all was brought to the truck - very impressive! We would definitely use Brookwood again due to price and their personnel.

One of the guys was late. They moved very slowly. Very chatty. I don't mind having a conversation, but not if it is going to slow them down. I had to tell them things to do. It was like it was there first time moving. I was moving faster and at times carrying heavier loads and I was old enough to be their mother. Not impressed at all.

Prompt and efficient crew, all uniformed. Dollies, tools, plastic wrap and rope on every job. We also sell blankets at request.

Pack all belongings into boxes, and separate anything that is NOT going to be packed, into a clearly defined area.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We are a small business and operate with 6 total crew members. Because of this, all of my guys get 5+ moves a week, 100's a year per member. We are a very experienced team.
