If I could give a 10 Star rating I would! Brookwood Moving is the best! Chris and Tyler showed up right on time as promised. They were neat and clean and very personable. They were extremely careful and protective of my furniture and assembled several items perfectly. They went above and beyond any of my requests. Chris and Tyler were so kind and thoughtful and very pleasant to be around. Such wonderful young men. I HIGHLY recommend them you will NOT be disappointed!

Chris and helper came pretty much on time, ready to work. The job took about twice as long than estimated, only because we underestimated the amount of stuff we had. They worked non-stop the whole time, very efficiently. The U-Pack trailer was packed high and tight and packed safely it looked like. (Chris said he's an expert Tetris player). No walls or doors nicked or damaged, very nice and polite. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Punctual and great attitude. There were complicating factors with the property that Dan and Sterling were not phased by. They said that it would be not problem even though the burden on them was more than could have been and they repeated several times that they were glad to get the job done whatever it takes. They seemed to approach the job as if it were their own stuff. They were careful and determined. And they worked without complaint.

Guys were very nice, worked very hard, but very slow!! Yes, we might have had a ton of things, and they got more in the PODs than I would have guessed, but what should have been done in 6-7 hours took 10.5 hours. Would definitely recommend for small to medium move, maybe not for a large move.

I had trouble reaching them to confirm that they were taking the job. Then on the day of service they were supposed to be here between 9 and 10, they sent me a text message at 9:46 that they got a late start today and they were just about to get started. Then at 11:46 someone from the company calls and says that they won't be able to honor their contract because 1 of their team did not show up. This did not help our move at all!!! I would never hire them again not recommend them to anyone.

Prompt and efficient crew, all uniformed. Dollies, tools, plastic wrap and rope on every job. We also sell blankets at request.

Pack all belongings into boxes, and separate anything that is NOT going to be packed, into a clearly defined area.

Long distance, local, full service, labor only, corporate. Everything.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We are a small business and operate with 6 total crew members. Because of this, all of my guys get 5+ moves a week, 100's a year per member. We are a very experienced team.
