On time, emptied the pod within the allotted timeframe, and moved everything to the room it was supposed to go.

I'm sorry but I have used my previous movers. 1 was early but told us he couldn't start until the other mover got there. The 2nd movers was 2 hours late since was in an accident. Then 1 crew member had to leave 2 hours early since he had another job which made no sense we hired them for 6 hours not 4 hrs. Needless to say I really needed help in the kitchen and one of them you could tell did not want to it and try avoided it at all cost. We only hired them because we were told they are professional I packer at unpack and know how to maximize all of the trucks space. This was not the case. There was so much space on top it was ridiculous and we have had to work so much harder and rearrange things and move things ourselves. I absolutely do not recommend this company at all and they now just have so much more work on a very tight deadline. They didn't seem to want to credit us for the 2 hours and just feel like I was getting the run around. They could hsve offer someone to come to makeup the 2 hours or something. Nothing and then wanted to charge more and not credit the 2 hours. Please use someone and safe yourself from all the heartache this company has cause us including extra stress which we really didn't need.
