Loading: a good idea for any moving customer - Properly wrapping and padding your furniture can be a daunting task. Our professional loaders will properly wrap and pad all furniture as it goes onto the truck. Make sure that you have ordered plenty of furniture blankets and a loading ramp from your truck rental company! Not all truck rental companies have the proper furniture blankets available so make sure prior to ordering your truck. If you have concerns, give us a call and we can walk you through what to order. Move Management: This is a Free service to all of our customers. U CALL WE HAUL will not only provide quality loading and unloading, but we will also coordinate all of the “moving parts”. You already have plenty to do without having to worry about the coordination of who is where and when. Sit back and relax while we make sure that your move is smooth and easy.

Communication with this service provider was prompt, thorough and courteous. This was an unload of a rental truck into a storage unit, The workers were on time, quick and efficient. We hired them for 3 hours and they had the job done in 2. Well worth the money. The workers are young and strong and our family is not. Happy end of story. Would recommend this service provider.

The good - Arrived on time and ready to go, friendly, worked at a good pace. The bad - they were more concerned with getting done quickly than doing a good job. Dented a door at old house, took a chunk of drywall out at new house. Would not use this crew again

The crew called and asked if they could start earlier than the scheduled time. I liked that. Even though I did not have much to move, the big problem was getting a giant armoire through a small bathroom, tight corners and over a second story balcony railing and lowering it to the driveway below. They did a fabulous job without much damage to the furniture. The remaining furniture was brought down the stairway with ease except a failure to remove desk drawers caused the drawers to fall out and one broke and the other would not slide smoothly. The walls of the stairway are scratched and door frames scraped up. I thought a little more care could have been used in handling these other pieces. All in all, the guys were friendly, polite and did a good job.

They were on time, prepared, and got the job done in one hour instead of two. I had anticipated it would take longer than 2 hours with all the boxes I had. They were careful when moving my things, and made everything fit when it looked like I was going to need a trailer as well as the uhaul. :) I would definitely use them again!
