Unloading: our most popular service - Most people have plenty of help at origin, but not having relationships at destination to exploit for unloading help makes this a popular service! For a guaranteed low rate, a moving crew will come to your new residence and unload for you. This service includes placement of furniture into designated rooms. Loading: a good idea for any moving customer - Properly wrapping and padding your furniture can be a daunting task. Our professional loaders will properly wrap and pad all furniture as it goes onto the truck. Make sure that you have ordered plenty of furniture blankets and a loading ramp from your truck rental company! Not all truck rental companies have the proper furniture blankets available so make sure prior to ordering your truck. If you have concerns, give us a call and we can walk you through what to order. Move Management: This is a Free service to all of our customers. U CALL WE HAUL will not only provide quality loading and unloading, but we will also coordinate all of the “moving parts”. You already have plenty to do without having to worry about the coordination of who is where and when. Sit back and relax while we make sure that your move is smooth and easy.

Easy to book and confirm. Movers arrived a few minutes early and were extremely helpful and efficient.

These movers were terrible! They showed up almost on time (and called to let me know they'd be a bit late), and that's where the good service ended! They seemed to not want to unload my trucks and be in no hurry to do so. They apparently grew tired of asking where things should go and/or couldn't read, because although I had things clearly labeled, I'm finding things in all sorts of wrong places. Including a kitchen table that I can only find 1 of 4 legs!!!! When they were done unloading, we are left with many indoor items ( including heavy furniture) still left in the garage. And for all that, they still took an extra 20 minutes over what I booked so that they could charge for an additional hour! Definitely not prefessionals, and not people I would EVER work with again or recommend to anyone!!!

The lead Kenny was excellent, hard worker and very professional. His helper was not as hard working or dedicated but did a satisfactory job.

They called and said they would be a little late due to the road conditions. That was nice. Also called to check the address before they pulled into the driveway.
They worked very hard, but a little too fast. Several boxes were misplaced. But, I'm sure some of that was our fault!
I would use them again - but, hopefully, this is our last move:-)

We were more than pleased with the really great service that we received today on the packing for our move.
There were three gentlemen who came to pack our goods. They were very prompt. Then they worked at as a team at a fast and efficient pace. They were great. Polite, caring of our property, and anything else that would give them a compliment .
We would hire them in a minute and recommend them to anyone who needs help packing or move.

We originally chose U Call We Haul because they offered a very good rate per hour and had excellent reviews. They called about two hours before their appointment time indicating that they were running late. They arrived only ten minutes late. They immediately walked through the house and garage to see what had to be packed into the PODS units. They started loading without hesitation. They treated our possessions as if they were their own.
We wish they could move with us to our new home. We would definitely use them again.

The movers were on time and nice young men, but I wouldn't recommend them. Once we arrived at our new location and started unloading we found massive rips down the back and into the insulation of our 2 year old king size mattress. We were then informed by the owner that nothing could be done about it because a different company unloaded the mattress. I understand the conflict here but we also couldn't have seen what was damaged until it came off the truck. The mattress was also really dirty, and we provided plenty of plastic wrap/bags. Also, while moving heavy items up the 1 flight of stairs there were a lot of scratches put onto the walls and a sizable chunk of dry wall taken off. Finally, not a big deal but we offered Gatorade throughout the day and we found empty bottles on the floor afterwards, which is just disrespectful and more annoying than anything.
