Unloading: our most popular service - Most people have plenty of help at origin, but not having relationships at destination to exploit for unloading help makes this a popular service! For a guaranteed low rate, a moving crew will come to your new residence and unload for you. This service includes placement of furniture into designated rooms. Loading: a good idea for any moving customer - Properly wrapping and padding your furniture can be a daunting task. Our professional loaders will properly wrap and pad all furniture as it goes onto the truck. Make sure that you have ordered plenty of furniture blankets and a loading ramp from your truck rental company! Not all truck rental companies have the proper furniture blankets available so make sure prior to ordering your truck. If you have concerns, give us a call and we can walk you through what to order. Move Management: This is a Free service to all of our customers. U CALL WE HAUL will not only provide quality loading and unloading, but we will also coordinate all of the “moving parts”. They were on time, prepared, and got the job done in one hour instead of two. I had anticipated it would take longer than 2 hours with all the boxes I had. They were careful when moving my things, and made everything fit when it looked like I was going to need a trailer as well as the uhaul. :) I would definitely use them again!

The team from U Call We Haul was timely and seemed ready to work. Maybe due to the fact that it was New Year's Eve and the crew wanted to finish quickly, caused their inattention to a careful move? I was not able to be in my apt and outside at the truck at the same time so I can not attest to where small damages (scratches) happened to my furniture, but there were some noted. Also, the crew ( I hired 4 instead of 2 for 2 hours) finished in less than an hour and a half but, but did not attend to simple things like taking care of the rental pads that they removed from the furniture. They can move your things quickly, but they might not move them carefully.

These movers are fantastic. Very pleasant, careful with my items, and highly efficient. The communication was excellent and even called to see if it would be ok if they showed up early. The job was completed faster than I expected but not 'rushed'. Just efficient. I can't say enough about them. Highly recommended.

The movers were wonderful! They worked at a steady pace even though it was incredibly hot. They were on time, and were very careful with fragile things. I would highly recommend them! I will be moving at some point again and will definitely use them again!

For the most part, they did a good job but there were a couple of unusual things that keeps me from giving them 5 stars. First, we set an appointment for between 3-4 PM, but they showed up closer to 4:30. I wasn't in a rush and had plenty of time before I had to move, but the lateness had me wondering where they were. Once they arrived, they did work hard and were respectful of my property, but there was a couple of times where I offered ways to make their job considerably easier (e.g. removing items from drawers to make them lighter) but they did it the hard way. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it confused me as to why they would do it this way.
