Loading: a good idea for any moving customer - Properly wrapping and padding your furniture can be a daunting task. Our professional loaders will properly wrap and pad all furniture as it goes onto the truck. Make sure that you have ordered plenty of furniture blankets and a loading ramp from your truck rental company! Not all truck rental companies have the proper furniture blankets available so make sure prior to ordering your truck. If you have concerns, give us a call and we can walk you through what to order. Move Management: This is a Free service to all of our customers. U CALL WE HAUL will not only provide quality loading and unloading, but we will also coordinate all of the “moving parts”. You already have plenty to do without having to worry about the coordination of who is where and when. Sit back and relax while we make sure that your move is smooth and easy.

movers in michigan did a terrible job of loading my 2 yes 2 26 ft trucks. I moved out of a two bedroom apartment with boxes and furniture in the basement and garage. I was assured that all would fit easily. I hired 4 guys for 4 hours plus they had a supporvisor. Long story short they barely got everything on the trucks, having to stuff and pile things in so tight that both trucks were loaded to the door. Things were falling out when I reached my destination and my furniture scratced and ding very bad. I have moved several times and there were always some minor scratch here and there,but THIS WAS THE WORSE.I would never use those movers and highly recommend antone to stay away.

The people moving my household goods arrived on time and worked very hard. I had them return for a second day and due to some health issues was unable to direct their efforts but they completed the tasks very satisfactory. The issue I had was this: At the end of the first day I noticed a severe gouge in our wood floor at the base of the stairway. The workers said that they didn't remember doing the damage but I said the damage was new. They asked me to call their boss, Marty Kandall and we did. Marty said he would send someone out to look at the damage and submit a claim to his insurance. After a couple of weeks, the new owners called Mr. Kandall and asked him when the estimator would be there. Mr. Kandall informed them that I said the workers didn't do the damage and it was not his responsibility. I tried to call Mr. Kandall and he has not returned my calls. My issues are not with the workers but with Mr. Kandall.
