They charged additional cost for rescheduling when I requested they come one hour later than originally planned but then they showed up late "due to traffic" however they did not pay me a rescheduling fee for showing up late which caused a problem with the building I was moving in to. They unpacked the truck fine, but I stayed with the truck downstairs so I was unaware of what went on upstairs in the apartment. Apparently they had been leaving stuff outside th door and my son had been moving it inside, and when they said they were done becuae the truck was empty, 45 minutes before the two hours was up, they had not been inside the apartment to help move heavy stuff around, like putting couched into place, assembling the bed, etc. I was not trilled with their service.

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
