They did a horrible job packing my stuff. Because of their poor skills, I LOST a 75" 4K TV, a 100yr old antique chair, a barstool, and etc. That's not even including all the bent, dinged and scraped up things that were properly protected. To top it all off, they making things up in order to avoid having to take any responsibility for their poor work(basically trying to deny my claims with hireahelper). DON'T hire them if you like your stuff. I thought they were decent but when it comes down to it, money won over integrity. Look at their poor reviews to see how they handle making mistakes. Expect them not to take responsibility if they do. My father-in-law is a lawyer. I'm seriously considering suing them. If they hadn't started with the lying and just said sorry, I'd just put it up to bad luck on my part. What really burns me is I tipped them well.

Response to Mover:
"You didn’t provide no packing materials no plastic wrap no bubble wrap no blankets and no box for your tv. Without the proper moving materials your items can be damaged."
When I asked you said using the King-Size Mattress and Large Dog Beds would be enough to protect the TV. You suggested I get Ratchet Straps. I bought 13. You used 1 from what I can tell.
" We take no responsibility for items that may be damaged without the proper moving materials per the agreement that’s provided when placing an order."
Why would you take responsibility? That would cost you money. And as shown in your responses to other people who you've done shoddy jobs with, Money is far more preferable to owning up to your mistakes.
I've noticed you've not even commented to the claims people about the barstool that got snapped in half.
You did a bad job securing the load and just don't want to admit that you messed up. I'd have put it to bad luck on my end and have been done with it if you didn't immediately start lying about the situation. I even offered you an extra large tip if nothing arrived broken. You were extra confident that nothing would break and you had very well secured the load. Now I know it was yet another lie.
Read the negative reviews people to see what they could do to you. People aren't putting these up for fun. They're trying to help you avoid the same fate. **The insurance paid for a very small portion of the damage as the company settled the claim. They also reprimanded We The States for asking for money outside of there system via Zelle**

Arrived on time, ready to work. Took the time window seriously and really kept at it. Really laid back and friendly. They handled our stuff with care and put it where we needed it. Two hard workers at a great price. I’d go through them again with no hesitation. Unpacked my POD in 2 hours!

They did an amazing job! I would definitely use them again. We had a challenging area to get the items in and they did it in the time allotted with no complaints!

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but I am so disappointed with the service I received. I was ok with the work they did at first and gave them a great tip, which I now regret, until the moving was done and I realized the damage they caused.

The moment the movers showed up they were bickering with each other and that continued the whole time, which I wouldn’t mind so much if the job was done right. Jon pulled up in his car and rolled down his window to speak to me and a huge whiff of marijuana smoke came from the car like they had just smoked.

The first thing they unloaded was our fridge and fell while taking it down the ramp causing the door to break and it no longer shuts, rendering it useless. The second mover that I didn’t catch the name of seemed very incompetent and tried carrying heavy things up by himself, either dragging it up the stairs or in one case dropping my antique side table and damaging it. He also literally fell on top of our tv completely bending and breaking it even though both Jon and my boyfriend were saying “watch your step” multiple times because they saw he was going to fall back if he kept walking and had to shout at him to get up because he just sat on it for a moment. My dresser leg is also damaged.

The worst part is I contacted hire a helper and it seems they are giving them a different story about what happened saying they asked my boyfriend not to help, they never did, but also he wasn’t involved at all in causing the damage. Also claiming that no protection was offered for the furniture, which is so false as all heavy items were wrapped and a furniture blanket was in our moving truck that they decided against using it seems. Also claiming they insisted on taking the doors off the fridge and taking out the glass shelving, which is false about the doors and we did in fact take out the shelves.

They did work fast but at the expensive of some very important items. Overall unprofessional and damaged thousands of dollars worth of appliances/furniture.

RESPONSE TO COMMENT BACK: First off, it was 8pm when you began working not 10pm and you were the one that allowed us to book your services at that time, we even said you can come earlier if you’d like. Also it was not actively raining the entire time you were there. Yes the ground was still slightly wet but you never said ANYTHING about the conditions so saying we “insisted” is absolutely ridiculous and false. The man that fell and broke our fridge was wearing an old pair of Jordan’s so maybe if he was wearing proper shoes for the job, he would not have fell in the first place. You claim that nothing was protected and that is false, please email the pictures you claim to have taken because we wrapped both dressers and provided a moving blanket for the fridge that you did not use. My boyfriend had absolutely nothing to do with the items damaged and wasn’t even present when you dropped the fridge so blaming him instead of taking responsibility is childish. The dresser and table that was damaged was brought up solely by the movers, my boyfriend didn’t touch them. And as far as the TV we brought that in the day prior to the movers and the man literally fell on top of it for no reason. At no point was anyone rushed to finish the job by my boyfriend or myself and you guys were the ones rushing to try to get things done as soon as possible and even were done before your paid time was up. My boyfriend and I both 100% smelled marijuana from your car and not once did anyone involved mention weed smell in the complex. The irresponsibility and negligence shown along with now, straight up lies being said about the situation is so sad and unprofessional to me. You should be ashamed of your selfs for doing a half assed job and then refusing to take responsibility.

Mover's response:
Thank you for your feedback we appreciate your business.
