There is absolutely no communication they said they would call us a week before didn’t they didn’t show up until three hours after they were supposed to be there!! I only got a call when I called and left a voicemail which was full the 10 times before I called and said I was going to cancel my credit card payment and I got a call within 15 minutes One of the movers was ill or overheated and could barely work the other mover Matt was very nice very efficient!! I would probably never use them again and never refer anybody to them wasn’t the best experience!!

Were not on time. Took long time. Had to get tools from me to dismantle furniture. Damage to wall. They were courteous and respectful. Would not use them again.

They were 3 hours late due to an accident. I was fine with this.
However, I feel that because they were so late, they did not do the job correctly.
As I have unpacked over the last few days, I am finding box upon box of broken glass, broken knick knacks, a broken leg of a buffet table and perhaps the worst, a broken lamp that was my Grandmothers that she purchased in 1939. Not replaceable.
I have begun the process of the insurance claim, and I have Hire A Helpers who unloaded my PODS already having written statements verifying the packing job was not good causing the damage.
I have moved multiple times with PODS and the helpers provided, and have never had a single piece of anything broken.

STOP, ok, hope that got your attention, LOL But seriously friends, I was in a 3-story, 5 bedroom townhome with all sorts of furniture, boxes, misc things.. it was organized chaos! Discounted Moving sent 2 of the most amazing young men who literally put their head down (late in the day mind you on their 3rd job!) and worked NON-STOP the entire time. I was BLOWN away...I had to stop them a few times to provide some towels and water, poor guys were on fire in this Florida summer heat and going up and down 3 flights of stairs too! Last but not least, the amount of items these two space saving masters, were able to pack (safely and securely) in the POD was just unbelievable! Without question, these fine hard working pro's are worth every single penny and a healthy tip, for the great job they do! I will be hiring them again in a few months to unload my items into our new place, once done and I will highly recommend Discounted Moving without hesitation to all who need their services. Paul

I would give them 6 stars if I could! Not only where they early, but they even completed the move in half the time that I expected! I’ve moved about 5 times in the past 10 years and each time I always hire movers, and this company was by far the best. The price is great, but the quality is even better. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
