Rigor’s movers were excellent. They were professional, safe and quick.

I was sooo nervous to hire movers because there is so much that can go wrong. But wow, Rigos proved me wrong! I hired two movers for two hours to load my UPack Relocube. This included loading 20 boxes and wrapping various pieces of furniture.
Timing was weird but I really appreciated their willingness to work with me. My original time was a 2 pm start. They asked to change it to 4. I said yes but called back and requested an earlier time rather than a later time if anyone happed to be free. Shoutout to Martha who worked hard to find me an available team!! They ended up scheduling for 12:30 which was perfect for me, and showed up at 1 (I was just happy to have them there earlier than the original plan! And they called me every step of the way).
The two men worked fast and once I explained things to them they pretty much asked no other questions. It was a bit complicated because my roommate’s stuff was in piles around the house but I labeled it all clearly and they got it done and listened well to my needs. They consulted me on a few decisions but pretty much got it done without any need to interfere. They also worked in complete silence, lol, so if you’re looking for peaceful movers you’ve got them.
My pod was packed to perfection and they got everything into one cube, saving me money. They included free rope and furniture wrap which I really appreciated since they aren’t unloading me on the other side. I also purchased a lock. My move came out to $320 and the lock and a mattress cover were about $25.
They also finished the job 30 minutes early! This was my first time using movers and I will never go back after this amazing experience.

Amazing job, packed our 15' U-haul in 2 hours. Honestly, I wasn't sure my stuff was going to all fit, but they were able to pack the truck to the brim. They secured everything to the truck so I can rest easy the items should be safe during transport.

The two movers who came out to help me were on time, professional, and kind. We have someone in the house on chemo and the guys wore their masks the whole time. They moved my few antique pieces with care and wrapped them beautifully. And they packed everything in so nicely that I still had about 4 feet of room left in my container.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
