They were Amazing Wow, 2 helpers with in 4 hrs, I was in a two Bedroom going into a one bedroom and I had lots of stuff. Wow these helpers ( wished I would remember their name’s) made my move less stressful and I would totally recommend this company. They were on time and finished on time.

The two movers that came to load for us were excellent. Polite and courteous. And they knew what they were doing!!! They loaded two 16’ PODS in 6 hours. We didn’t believe it would all fit but somehow, they made it work!
What I didn’t like was, the night before at 9:15p, the office called wanting me to book a 3rd person. And asking to start earlier. I turned that down and they didn’t push back.
But definitely hire them for your move or loading containers. They did a great job!

Rigo's team was on time and very well prepared to efficiently pack the PackRat. They were so competent that they were able to fit all of the items I had planned to ship in the container in less than 2 hours. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

These guys were very professional and helpful! They took care of all my belongings and ensured things were wrapped well, wouldn’t be damaged, etc. The only criticism I have is that I had to keep saying what I wanted moved and they left some debris behind. But I don’t know that this would be different with any other movers.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
