I would recommend Rigo's Moving and Storage in a heartbeat! They were on time and really nice. They went out of their way to work quickly and got the truck loaded and unloaded in perfect time! Superstar employees all the way!

Contracted through Hire a Helper for 2 hours with Rigo’s.They loaded my stuff from an outside public storage into a PackRat container. These guys were the best!! Worked hard, worked fast, worked constantly with no standing around. Finished with 5 minutes to spare then I signed off the paperwork right at 2 hours. The men from Rigo’s were friendly and very considerate. I could not give them any higher praise. They stretch wrapped my racks and bookshelf boards also, which was a great help and protection. They knew how to make pack a container using every space, and used tie downs. I have not unloaded the container yet, as I am moving, but I feel good about the care they took with my items. I would absolutely use Rigo’s again...and would hope to have the same men do the work. This is my first time booking through Hire a helper, and my first experience with Rigo’s. If you need it done right and are not physically able, I highly recommend using them and asking for Rigo’s guys if possible.

The movers were efficient and quick. The issue that I had is that they didn’t refund an hour back of my time. They were actually done in 2.5 hrs versus the 5 hrs we paid for and I dealt with other movers who would give back 1 hour if it was unused. So for that, their rating is lower than I would give otherwise.

Wonderful! Friendly, efficient, definitely knew how to nook and cranny my belongings into that small POD. They work very well together and check to make sure they are taking what they should. Highly recommended!!!

Thank you, Oscar and Robert! They were right on time and got to work immediately..They definitely knew what they were doing, and thought things through in order to load our things in the most secure and compact way possible. They really took care to avoid damage to our belongings and the house, and they were very friendly and patient, too. They were so efficient and hardworking, and got everything thing finished that we needed then to do within the timeframe we had allocated. We hugely appreciate the difference they made in our moving process. Thank you!

These movers were A++++. After having bad experiences with 2 other company's, Rigo's was so outstanding! They wrapped all our furniture, worked so hard, organized our POD so well so that everything fit. We would highly recommend them. They were amazing! We were so appreciative of their work ethic and kindness! They are simply the best.

I'm leaving 2 stars because the people who showed up to pack my belongings into my storage PODS were awesome. They showed up on time, were very helpful and packed the heck out of the pods. Great guys to work with. If it weren't for the customer service I would have easily given 5 stars. The problem I had was the harassment that came after the service was completed for paying the invoice for the blankets and plastic wrap used to pack my stuff. I received a dozen emails and at least 15 phone calls repeatedly within days of completing the service. While I understand prompt payment, when you're in the middle of a move it's the last thing on your mind. So instead of being professional about following up with 1 maybe 2 phone calls and emails a day, I was bombarded with multiple emails and phone calls every day for 4 days. For a $261 bill for materials. Not labor. The harassment was so much that I had to block their number. I believer her name was Marta? Maria? either way I told her you are ruining the rating I am going to give your company with your harassment. She didn't care. Well here we are. Call someone else to move your belongings. Hire a Helper is a good service to connect with these companies.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
