Oscar and Diego were on time. Great communication regarding travel updates. I was worried that I ordered too small a PODS container, but they proved me wrong. We did a walk through so they knew what items to take. They were prepared and worked hard. They wrapped my furniture and fragile glass cabinet and tables well. Before closing the container, they made sure all was packed. Very friendly gentlemen. Will use them again!

Rigo's provided awesome service. The two helpers were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job packing my furniture and belongings into a storage container before I was able to move into my condo. They were surprisingly affordable, right on time, and even disassembled my TV wall mount for me. I was so impressed with their work that I ended up booking my full service move with Rigo's a week later, which went perfectly. I highly recommend hiring them for any packing or moving needs!

Rigo's team were top notch -- arrived right on time at our PODS.com storage center ready to load things into their truck. They went the extra mile with extra precautions, adding additional layers of padding for our TV and a few other pieces of furniture they thought warranted it. Once we arrived at our apartment, their team was fast and professional, carefully moving everything into position. Nothing was damaged, and although we booked 2 hours of work we thought might be necessary (3 flights of stairs, long walks from their truck to our apartment, etc.), they finished everything in under an hour. No complaints for fast and professional service. Would definitely hire again!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
