The team that helped me pack my pods was top notch. They worked hard the entire time and were spot on with the suggested 6 hours to load the pods. They arrived within the time window they stated and finished right on time. They were friendly and careful with furniture and stuff and didn't damage anything.

I hired a 4 man crew who arrived at my home on time and got straight to work. They brought their 26' truck, tape, furniture pads, shrink wrap, dollies, the works. They hustled hard until my house was empty. Once we arrived at our new home, they jumped back at it hard until their truck was empty. After all of that, they even helped me unload a POD I had delivered earlier that morning. That was unexpected but GREATLY appreciated. I would definitely hire AJ Moving again.

I highly recommend AJ Moving & Delivery LLC. They came a little early, but I was prepared. They had moving blankets, a dollie & wrap for all our furniture. They were extremely respectful of our belongings, and very polite. I would absolutely use AJ Moving again!!!

Antoine & James arrived on time at short notice as a previous company I had booked did not provide experienced helpers to unload my pod and were unable to figure out how to get my furniture up tight stairs in a two story town house amongst other issues
I knew within 5 mins these guys from AJ moving were going to get the job done and within the 2 hour time frame I had to re-book at 6pm in the evening
Even that late in the day they still had the energy and willingness to complete the task in a professional and polite manner
I would highly recommend AJ moving Antione and James and will definitely hire them again
They were a different level from the other company and not really that much more expensive

I wasn't present, but my wife was and the movers didn't listen to her and didn't put boxes where they were supposed to be. Also, they damaged my wall and my wife thought they were rude. Generally, they did put things in the correct place aside from some exceptions.
We brought the crew in and had a discussion with them and as well went over all the photos they had taken from you job because we do take photos of every job we perform. Both of our movers said youâre wife had told them put the boxes anywhere but any boxes that had writing on them (which was only a few of them) to take to the designated area and thatâs what they did. There was barely any furniture moved 80 percent of it was boxes and nothing was damaged by our movers. They also advised us that they were helped by your wife, daughter and son (or friends) so therefore, it was not only us moving items so it couldâve been anybody that damaged walls. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call from the crew enroute with ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) and medicine or medication. Label boxes for which room it is going to which will make everything a breeze in unloading.
What types of moves have you handled?
All of them. Local, long distance, office relocations, corporate relocations, military moves, special equipment/ special item moving (piano, pool tables, safes, antiques, memorable items)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Each job is different. There’s never an identical house with the same items.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Teaching them on the most overlooked and common mistakes. How to cover delicate items, how to properly wrap each item. We have made several videos of wrapping items such as sofas, TV’s, bed sets, etc. and offer those videos for training.
