The movers we’re very professional and efficient. They Tetris’ed the crap out of our belongings while keeping everything nice and secure. Everything that has been marked “this way up” or “fragile” was respected. Wonderful guys, and even got done earlier than expected. Would definitely hire again.

This company had a great review and that is the reason I decided to go with them. The actual service provided was a bit lower than expected. Though the crew we got worked hard, especially after needing additional hours to complete the major move, after awhile they started to just drop boxes without care. Even after speaking up for them to be more careful, they continued to do this. Tired or not, they still had a responsibility to take care of our belongings.
After starting to unpack, we noticed a few broken items as well as some damage to the corner of the wall where they forced through an office desk and did not say a word about it. I give this company an average score because that is the type of service we received. I guess for some people, this works for them, but not for me.
Please give us a call if any furniture is broken. We have photos of all furniture that was scratched or damaged before us touching it. Every crew that goes out on jobs takes photos of all items moved, disassembled, wrapped and stacked/packed in the trucks. I’d like to review these items and prove to you that a lot of the furniture was already damaged. I understand moving is stressful and we’re here to help ease that not make it more difficult but just like you might’ve underestimated your move by several hours you might be underestimating our crew as well. Dante & James at AJ Moving were very professional, wrapped furniture to be picked up, promptly made it to my home, moved some furniture around the house and then brought in other furniture, all without a break.
Did everything necessary to get furniture through doors(taking doors down , later putting all back together).Stayed well within 3 hour minimum.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call and going thru the basics to expect from us when performing there move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call from the crew enroute with ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) and medicine or medication. Label boxes for which room it is going to which will make everything a breeze in unloading.
What types of moves have you handled?
All of them. Local, long distance, office relocations, corporate relocations, military moves, special equipment/ special item moving (piano, pool tables, safes, antiques, memorable items)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Each job is different. There’s never an identical house with the same items.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Teaching them on the most overlooked and common mistakes. How to cover delicate items, how to properly wrap each item. We have made several videos of wrapping items such as sofas, TV’s, bed sets, etc. and offer those videos for training.
