We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Courtney and Azar did an amazing job. They had a plan and they did it with no issues. There was some demolition happening around the exit of my building that I was unaware would be happening and they worked around it. Customer service, communication, and timing were 5 stars. Ask for them when booking!

The movers did a good job and handled getting a lot of furniture up a 3rd story walk up with a relatively narrow staircase/halls. I wasn’t sure our couch would make it, but it did! They could’ve been a little bit gentler with our things, but it was quite a few items and late in the day so I understand.
The 4 stars is because it is nearly impossible to get in contact with the actual company — I tried calling, emailing. I wanted to update the movers that we were 30 min behind several hours in advance, but I could not reach management. It would be helpful to receive better contact information.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
