We were so lucky to have Eric and Courtney helping us for our move! They helped us move our 2 bedroom apartment into a POD. They arrived early (as did the POD) and so we were able to get started earlier than expected which made a huge difference in our day. They worked quickly and efficiently and took care to arrange our stuff in the POD so that everything could fit (our belongings just barely fit, so without Courtney and Eric’s experience we would have been stuck with a ton of things to deal with after the move).
Overall, Courtney and Eric were efficient, fast, careful with all our belongings, punctual, and friendly! Would absolutely use them for future moves and would recommend them to anybody who needs movers.

Courtney and Azaar were fantastic. They were very efficient and handled everything with care. They were also kind and easy to work with. They moved all of my furniture easily and even set some of it up. Would definitely recommend them

Eric and Kevin did great under the sweltering heat. The loading of my pod wasn't very straightforward but they did their best to get it done.
They were very punctual as well.
My only recommendation for Promove in general would be to make it part of their system to call a week or a day before to confirm again with the client the date and time.
Other than that, it was a good experience

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
