Also, none of this was brought to the company's attention before, during or after the move. If you did have any pictures and proof we'll be more than happy to look at them and we can compare them to what the team took out there. And there's a way we could have filed her a dispute through the ad agency or if they going to care of it directly through us. We provided notification that the team would be delayed as well as soon as we arrive. 11:00 a.m. As soon as the team arrived and dividend deduction your husband as well as several other members there to help you in the moving process. We're extremely rude and may snide comments about our team being 2 hours late. The start time was between 10:00 and 11:00, not 9:00 a.m.. and throughout the whole process there's not comments and jokes and remarks about them being late as well, several others which you have previously mentioned. Me and them try to maintain professional composer as much as we can! and they brushed it off and they try to move All the big bulky pieces although They were stopped several times to help out the other members there helping assist moving with the smaller items.

Once the team arrived at the unloading site, it was stated that the customer was already at the back of the truck with a truck door open and several pieces moved out already in the blanket which was covering the table has been removed partially exposing the scratch. That's what they believe prior to us arriving at the second location. We did load and unload all the big bulky pieces which we were assigned to do. As far as a remaining items, we were told that the small items would be handled by the customer as well as the multiple helpers that they had out there.

As far as weaving without saying goodbyes, that's correct. The management team informed them as soon as the job has been created that they're good to go. We've already had service snide rude comments made throughout the process. It was extremely difficult on our end as well. We maintained to try to keep professional appearance.
