Hired for 4 people for 2 hours who supposedly had experience packing a POD. The team showed up in 2 shifts, didn't communicate well and most certainly was unable to fit 1200 sq ft worth of items into a 16ft POD. Note: 16ft POD is specifically designed to hold a 1200 sq ft house worth of items. Items came directly from a storage unit it tubs and boxes. Supervisor did not supervise, but chose to sleep in the car, while the other loaders made poor decisions leading to their assessment that I needed to pay $300/hr of "overtime." A clear design to uncharted for services. End result: i expect to receive broken items based on their "skill" and have to pay at least another $2000 out of pocket to ship and replace the items the were not able to load. I definitely would not recommend this company to load or move your belongings.

I’m sorry to say, but it’s customers like this that mess it up. Due to this situation we had to remove the policy that says we can stay an hr after any reserved time. From the very beginning we were in communication with you, the day of the move I called you to let you know that i had two men ready and the other two wouldn’t be arriving until the end of the arrival window and you said it would be best to send the guys earlier that it would be best for you, even tho i let you know we could all show up within our time all together. For context you were on the third floor of a storage unit that needed a pass code to get in and out of the building and all four guy were working continuously and when we’re were 3/4 of the way through the pod we let you know that everything might not fit meaning only a few items. You then start to tell me and my guys that we needed to unload the pod and reload it with just the furniture and that you could have the totes shipped another way. When I tried explaining that it would take a good amount of time to do that, you told me you didn’t care and that you have no other option. You then started to blame the pod company saying they told you that a three bedroom house would fit in a pod and start cursing and yelling. I tried to explain to you that a pod fits a 1400sqft home and every time i tried to tell you that you would interrupt me and say you didnt care and it doesn’t matter anymore, you then walked away from me at that point. So we empty the pod out about two walls worth and pulled out all the totes and restacked the pod the way you wanted it, we removed all the totes from those two walls and got the rest of your furniture in. When finished we then took the rest of your totes back to your unit which was not much about three storage carts worth. Then you made us wait there until you could figure out what you were going to to with the rest of you totes. When we came to you about some of your things not fitting we were coming up on our two hr mark due to this unnecessary act we ended up go over an hr of our time. When it came time to close out even though you agreed to pay the overtime when we spoke you ended up not paying us. When I tried to speak to you about this situation you began to cures and yell at me. This situation was completely unnecessary and me and my guys at Regan Legacy Mover do our very best to be professional and we are people and no one deserves to be spoken to or treated that way and I don’t expect anyone to have to put up with that. Worse part is that the end result was that you ended up getting another pod and the totes will just go in there just the same as the other items we switched with the totes. This was more of a scam situation I hate to say in order to get another pod discounted.

Paul and crew were punctual and professional. They respected my home and my pups. I would use this company again and will recommend to anyone who needs movers. They worked hard and asked questions if unsure and completely loaded the pods within 3 hours. They relieved a lot of stress for my husband and I and they have no clue how much we appreciate it. Moving is never easy. But, Regan Legacy helped ease the burden. Thank you!

We simply cannot say enough good things about Dakota and his crew Mar and Austin. Right on time, worked very hard, efficiently and careful with our things. We are VERY senior citizens and tend to worry and fret in these types of situations. Heck, all that was just wasted energy. We recommend you use this company and then just sit down and let the pros handle the job. Our sincere gratitude to the crew!

The gentlemen ran late from a previous job. They first apologized as they were unable to reach me as my phone number was wrong in their system. I replied. I attempted to fix this error two times. Just yesterday I again asked that my phone number be corrected and was told it had been corrected. Evidently….It hadn’t.
Helpers kept me abreast of their eta. When arriving they introduced themselves and got to work rite away. They carefully moved ea box and ea pc of furniture into the pod. These two are the face of Hire Helpers Hire the Helpers should consider themselves extremely fortunate to have ees that make a good first impression, are hard working , have communication skills and care about their clients and their possessions. And they were very diligent workers. Yes I would use Hire the Helpers in the future….Thx to Dakato and Austin.job performance.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You will receive a phone call from a customer service representative within the first 24 hours of booking to confirm job requirements and services needed.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

You will receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to crew arriving on job site, After arriving will provide an introduction of crew members and perform a quick walk through of the home, to insure all items are placed in their proper locations. At this time any details regarding the move can be discussed.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Making sure all boxes are properly packed and taped. Padding and shrink wrapping any furniture, such as dressers, couches, etc. will make this process go faster. Also any misc. items should be packed or bagged. All though we do provide all these services, these are just some tips that can speed up the moving process.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have assisted and done all types of moves; medical, residential, long distance, commercial, and office. You name it and we've moved it!

Our favorite part about being a mover, is having the satisfaction of having the customer comfortable and able to relax in their new home.
