I signed up for two hours. Dakota and Chase showed up on time and went right to work. I had a 16 ft pod which they packed efficiently in the allotted time. Very professional, personable and courteous of the items they were moving. I highly recommend them, and would use them again.

Dakota & Marquis did an AMAZING job! They arrived on time, were so kind, and fit all of our furniture and decor into our small shipping container. We were so nervous it wouldn't all fit and they made it happen, quickly and efficiently.

Started to look at what needed to be moved at 7:30. Began their work at 7:35. Completed work at 945 am, got charged an extra half hour of $75. They were not aware of Upack measuring by markers and extra cost. I was told I should have let them know from the beginning and they would have packed it differently. This was discussed at end of their job which took a few minutes. Those minutes were incorporated into their work time, which I was charged for. I did speak up and said they went over by 15 minutes not a half hour. He said 20 minutes and that is my disappointment. Not fair. Sincerely Nancy Mione

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a phone call from a customer service representative within the first 24 hours of booking to confirm job requirements and services needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to crew arriving on job site, After arriving will provide an introduction of crew members and perform a quick walk through of the home, to insure all items are placed in their proper locations. At this time any details regarding the move can be discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Making sure all boxes are properly packed and taped. Padding and shrink wrapping any furniture, such as dressers, couches, etc. will make this process go faster. Also any misc. items should be packed or bagged. All though we do provide all these services, these are just some tips that can speed up the moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have assisted and done all types of moves; medical, residential, long distance, commercial, and office. You name it and we've moved it!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover, is having the satisfaction of having the customer comfortable and able to relax in their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide several video training logs and 1 week trial training, to train our crew members with the best customer service, safety procedures, and protocols.
