The workers were friendly and efficient, however perhaps a bit too efficient because when I went to take a closer look at the pod after they left I was disappointed. I provided them with rope and blankets and nudged them several times to use them. In the end nothing was secured with rope. If the pod were packed tight this wouldn’t be as concerning but half the pod was half full and the back half where beds and dressers were stood up tall they were not secured with rope and unstable when I moved them with my hands. I had to climb back in and use rope to secure several large items. Additionally, several of the blankets were just thrown carelessly on top, not wrapped carefully around sharp edges, and I even found a wooden leg of a table digging into a leather sofa. The half of the pod that was half empty just had items thrown in loosely which were clearly going to get tossed around, and I had to tie a couple of these to the sides as well. I understand that it was a hot day and this is hard work, but I used to work for a moving company myself and this was below average work. Definitely no worth how much I paid for it.

James is a master at fitting stuff together in the truck to maximize space and get everything in.
What they got done in less than 2 hours would have taken us all day; and probably all of our stuff wouldn’t have fit in the truck.

Customer should prepare there self by having items boxes properly taped an secure. Next making sure you have furniture blankets to protect valuable furniture an etc. Next have priority items ready to be placed first to avoid items be left behind.
