The 2 men who moved the appliances out of my mom's basement were excellent! They worked very hard, were very careful and persistent.
I would recommend them to anyone. They were very courteous, and communicated very clearly. We appreciated their help very much.
Whoever took the information from me on the phone did not communicate to the workers the fact that there were numerous heavy appliances that needed to come out of a basement. The staircase was very narrow and had limted space to maneuver. We are so glad that the 2 men who came to our house were diligent in their work ethic and completed the task in a timely manner.

Pretty bad experience overall. We specifically requested that they bring dollys and handcarts, even confirmed that they would over the phone, and yet they did not show up with any of them so we had to go out and spend $90 to get some for them, and during that time (which ended up being an hour to find a nearby store that sold them) instead of unloading they were waiting for the dolly's to arrive. By the end of the 3 hours only 1/3 of the truck was unloaded and they had originally kept promising that they could complete the truck in 2 hours. I wish it would have been a better experience, but sadly it wasn't.
