They were helpful, quick and efficient! Moved from storage to house. They moved old appliances out of basement to garage, moved in new ones into basement! Great job guys!

Pretty bad experience overall. We specifically requested that they bring dollys and handcarts, even confirmed that they would over the phone, and yet they did not show up with any of them so we had to go out and spend $90 to get some for them, and during that time (which ended up being an hour to find a nearby store that sold them) instead of unloading they were waiting for the dolly's to arrive. By the end of the 3 hours only 1/3 of the truck was unloaded and they had originally kept promising that they could complete the truck in 2 hours. I wish it would have been a better experience, but sadly it wasn't.

Andrew was flexible and accommodating when I called the night before the move to request a change in time because of the PODS container drop-off and pickup times. My two movers were punctual, respectful, hard-working, careful, and efficient. My only complaint is that this move occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic and they did not wear masks. Other than that one factor, I was pleased with this service!
