Absolutely on time to the minute. Loaded the pod efficiently, carefully. had suggestions about how I should pack boxes and were generally very helpful. They had some extra time so they moved objects out of my home into the garage to make it easier for me to load up later

They were on time.
They didn’t bring a dolly or straps. The pod was not packed to full capacity b/c there were no straps to secure the boxes. 12 boxes and three chairs were not packed.
They worked hard and were polite and respectful. I had to ask them to wear masks. Which they did.
They were very careful with my things. I would use them again. I hired you for unpacking the pod as well.

The guys who helped me load my my rental truck were great. They showed up on time, introduced themselves with a real handshake, and we all went to work. They were both strong and fast. One of them was especially skilled at packing/stacking the truck. He got everything in, even though we had doubts whether it would all fit. I needed extra time, and they gladly stayed a few more hours to complete the days work. No regrets! Though it's not cheap..... It is worth it. I'm glad I hired ProMovers.
