I cannot believe how they packed the pod it was ingenious awesome they did such a good job I can’t believe it I thought I needed 2 pods but how professionally and well they wrapped everything protected our furniture it was amazing we only needed one pod they did better than a 10 star review amazing the only thing I can say WOW AWESOME! Hire them they will save you on moving and back pain!!!!!!!

I have to say I really really appreciate the hard work and dedication to getting the job done. Not only did Montreal and Dorian show up willing and ready to get started they arrived early. I’ll definitely use Promovers again and spread the good word on how prompt and respectful of my mom’s property they were.

They showed up at 3:20pm. They were very sweet people however could have used someone with more strength to unload my furniture/pieces/boxes. When people usually hire help they are expecting someone who can lift the furniture/ pieces / boxes described, with a high sense of urgency. The lady wasn’t able to do a lot of the lifting of boxes and according to them most pieces required two people.... which is a little ridiculous considering that teenage girls (family helping) were also assisting and lifting the same boxes and could do it just one person. I would recommend that if you are older and don’t have the strength to do the lifting, do something else. I was disappointed and felt like I wasted my money

I received a call letting me know they were about 5 minutes away. They arrived on time.
The guys were extremely professional and courteous. They worked really well together and got the job done very quickly. Even though it was extremely hot (95 degrees).
My things were handled with care and nothing was damaged. I will definitely use them again.

Andrew was absolutely incredible to work with! Since I live in a high rise apartment complex on a busy street, it took a month of coordination to schedule a same-day pod delivery, obtain approval for parking the pod, book movers, and rent a small window of time to use my building's service elevator in order to make this move possible. Then on moving day, when my pod was unexpectedly never delivered without any notice, it was the kind of moving nightmare that I wouldn't wish onto my worst enemy. I had to make last minute arrangements the following morning, rent a Uhaul to transport my belongings, and do a self load at the PODS warehouse. Andrew was completely understanding and sympathetic toward my situation and kept in touch with me throughout this nightmarish situation and even helped me figure out a new moving plan. He managed to squeeze me into his already packed day the next day and helped me move my belongings from the top floor of the building into the Uhaul, then drove behind us and followed the Uhaul to the PODS warehouse, and then helped to reload everything from the Uhaul into the pod, essentially doing double the work that we had originally planned. I have no doubt in my mind that Andrew single-handedly saved my moving day and was the one shining light throughout this whole experience. I cannot recommend him highly enough! I only hope I find movers as responsive and helpful as him when I move into my new residence in San Diego. Thank you Andrew!!
