Brit was amazing! I was SO nervous that everything wouldn't fit in the pod I ordered, and somehow he managed to do it! They were on time and finished in the 4 hours I booked. They never stopped and were respectful of my things - and of my concerns about having to order another pod. If I could hire them to unload at the other end I would!

Zade and Jay were excellent. They arrived on time and knew just what had to be done.
Poa, it appeared to me, was learning this trade. Everyone has to began somewhere.
My only complaint is that I was told there was an extra fee for the piano after they arrived.
In the beginning when I listed my items with Hire a Helper for the estimate I was told with the large pieces you have you will need 3 movers.
But what could I do but pay the fee so they could keep working.
Over all I would give 5 Star Movers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with 5-Star Movers, they can expect a prompt phone call to go over the details of the move, and discuss what the best options are for the customer to make the move go as smoothly as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer should expect a crew that moves their items quickly and efficiently, while also being lighthearted and able to joke around with them and have fun on the moving day.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should prepare for moving day by making sure they have plenty of ratchet straps and blankets so our team can come in and make sure all of their items are packed as securely and safely as possible. If it is a larger apartment complex, we advise that they reserve a freight elevator for use during their move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all types of moves from long distance full-service jobs to California, office moves, full PODs packs, and even just moving a couch around in a house. We can do it all!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is the variation in environment from day to day. Sometimes I could be working at a 8000 square foot mansion with a 6 man crew, other days I could be working at a studio apartment with one other person. Every day is truly different, and that's what makes it exciting!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members all know how to use basic tools for assembly and disassembly, they know how to use moving equipment such as dollies and shoulder straps to make the move smoother. Our experienced guys are very good at loading trucks, and show the new people how to do it so they can one day be a great loader as well. We also prioritize attention to detail and will miss out on jobs sometimes rather than ever sending a crew we don't believe is 5-Star quality.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
