Mike is a wizard at packing complex-shaped objects to get the maximum use of space and a solid fit into the vehicle. 5 stars goes to Joe! My poor rating is because of the other guy, Mike! He used my bathroom without my permission, took phone calls throughout the whole ordeal, threw my things all in the grass and tore my couch. He was very rude lazy and unprofessional. In the end he had the nerve to ask for a tip. I will not be a returning customer because of this. Joe was such a hard working sweetheart. Mike makes him look bad!
