Relocation with Mighty Mike's Moving
We provide efficient and safe moving labor. Disassembly and assembly of furnishings is always at the discretion of the movers. Packing/Unpacking/Loading/Unloading Any supplies requested will be at an additional cost to the shipper. Heavy pianos and safes over 400# will be an additional $125 each.

What a fantastic crew! They were in contact with me prior to arrival and let me know when they were ten minutes out. Their work was exceptional; it was obvious that they knew the best way to handle difficult pieces and had a plan for everything. Brief:
1. Workers were fantastic; polite and good natured. They really worked hard, hustling the entire time.
2. Pre-arrival communication was entirely absent.
3. Crew was well over an hour past the arrival window, without any communication during the delay.
Of note:
This is our second time using Mighty Mike’s Moving and the staff is consistently diligent in doing the work quickly and to our satisfaction. The reason I cannot give five stars is based on pre-arrival; lack of communication and variable arrival time. In this instance, I left a message one day prior arrival and aside from the automated confirmation email, I never heard back. I called and left another message once ten minutes PAST the arrival window. I finally called a third time at 20 minutes past the arrival window and spoke to ‘Mike’ who explained he was out of town and only learned of the crew’s delay a few hours earlier. Similarly, on the prior experience with Mighty Mike’s Moving, they (he) requested the date and time of the job changed, more than once. I do acknowledge we were asked and consented to the changes, but at the same time if told “no experienced packers are available”, does one really have a choice?

Review after Pod delivered.
Mike and his team arrived to load my Pod in a heavy rainstorm. I was okay with how they handled removing items from my home but should have spent more time monitoring the loading. There were numerous items that were unable to be loaded that I wound up giving away or having to ship to my temporary address as we needed to be out of the home that day. At no time was this addressed until one of the crew mentioned they were short on space it was packed to the door.
After Pod was delivered, the door was wedged and we had to dig items out to be able to open it. Boxes were stacked onto each other regardless of if they were marked fragile or heavy. Goods were crushed, broken and bent. No strapping was used to hold the load so the items shifted in transit.
If you use Mike's service, please stress how your goods should be be handled and to protect fragile goods.
