Ryan and his crew were great. They showed up on time, took care of everything that was moved and gave us a heads up when time got close so that we could prioritize their time.
They spent time getting everything up a 90 degree turn on the stairs, and the one thing that didnt fit he brought back down to make sure that it was in another room to our satisfaction.

After booking with us here at Movers On Hand, you can expect a follow up call and email from us within 24 hours confirming your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always make sure to call an hour ahead to reconfirm the details with you. In doing so, you have an accurate ETA for our arrival and you can speak 1 on 1 with the driver as well.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Its always extremely helpful if your all packed up before our arrival. We can handle all the wrapping and lifting for you.
What types of moves have you handled?
Typically we can do every type of move imaginable. From moving a commercial 2500lb lathe machine to spinet pianos, residential homes and big office moves, we've been there and we have done it hundreds of times before. Even the small moves, too! Ten items or less? No problem.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Hearing the experiences. Whenever somebody moves, its for a reason. Being there and being able to protect what they have is important to me.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have a two week paid training program in our warehouse before any crew members even step foot into a customers home. It's all about making sure they know how to wrap furniture, use dollies and straps properly, disassemble and reassemble beds and tables in a timely manner, and safety is definitely our biggest concern.
