The movers were polite and did what I asked…because they came through the hire a helper and POD I thought they would be more adept at making the most of the room in the POD…they left a lot of space that could have been put to better use. That said, I thought the owner who supervised was rude and condescending.

The owner Henri Nonhomme and two workers (both exceptionally nice men) packed my belongings in the POD within the two hours with time to spare. That was amazing considering the mixed box sizes spread out across the floor. A bit of an attitude from Mr. Nonhomme while discussing how to pack the POD. Nobody likes to be told how to do their job... I did hear from Mr. Nonhomme after making the booking and when they were on their way. I do recommend them.

Moving Day Movers did a wonderful job of unloading the furniture, boxes, etc from our rental truck. They were courteous and professional. They brought in our furniture carefully so there was no damage done and, so the woodwork and walls would not get dents or dings. I would highly recommend this company. Henri was my contact person and kept us informed with the confirmation and called one hour before his arrival to let us know they were on the way. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

These 3 gentlemen were spot on with their knowledge of packing the pod. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. It was a scorching day but they held up & finished the job expediantly.

Due to hurricane Ian, our PODS got rescheduled 3 times and so I needed to reschedule the movers 3 times. Henri was very nice, understanding, and accommodating. He kept rescheduling me to when I needed them. He called and confirmed again the day before to make sure I didn't need to reschedule again and was ready for them. He showed up with his crew on time. They worked fast and efficiently.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all types.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting and helping customers moving day go as easy as possible. I truly care about your home and belongings.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
