Henry and his crew (Jeremy & Jay) were wonderful. They were kind, efficient and everything they loaded made it safely to our storage unit. Most importantly they showed up to a house that was in bad shape - no power, no water, covered in mud from storm surge flood damage, smelly and very slippery. They worked hard and were careful and were such a big help. I highly recommend this company!!!

Our scheduled time for the movers to arrive was between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. At 2:35 pm we communicated with the movers that we were at the location and ready to unload the truck. They stated they were on their way from Naples to Cape Coral. They didn’t arrive until almost 2 hours later, which meant they showed up 30 minutes after the 4:00 pm latest scheduled arrival. By then, we had already unloaded 60% of the truck or more. When they showed up, they did not have anything needed to put furniture together as requested. Fortunately, we had our own tools. When the movers arrived, we asked them to move an L-Shape desk in. Between 3 movers, they didn’t take it apart immediately but thought they could finagle it through the doorway around other furniture. One mover was instructed to shove our brand new couch backwards tearing up the rug and tables were shoved to the side. Despite being asked to wait for us to unplug some of the wires under the couch, they ripped apart some of the speaker wires to the surround sound. Once doing so, they finally allowed us to take the desk apart ourselves so they could move it to its desired location. They also scraped the doorway on the way in. When they brought in the one bedroom set we needed them to bring in, they scratched another doorway up as well as the front of the dresser which will require repair now. While they were friendly, they were not very professional. They only worked for about 45 minutes total and I was billed for 2 hours at over $300.00 due to the 2 hour minimum policy. They did apologize for damaging items but said they were licensed and insured and to just file a claim. I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism They were careless and at this point, we feel we would have been better off to just do it ourselves. I would not recommend them.
I wish you would’ve brought those things to my attention when we were there.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)
What types of moves have you handled?
