My family has moved multiple times through the years due to job transfers. We have always paid for 2 hrs of help and never had any issues with ANY moving company finishing in that time frame. This company charged the two hours and then informed us that a 26’ truck took 4-6 hours to load. Also, called my husband to tell him, if the movers ended up going over 2 hours, it would be an additional $135 an hour. So we ended up spending $700 for JUST loading. Please be careful because they make sure the workers take as long as possible. The actual movers were nice and packed well, they are just told to milk the time so they can charge higher. The moving company that unloaded said they were definitely a company that tries to take as much as possible.We knew that because we have never had this problem ANYWHERE! Just be aware before you book, it WILL take longer than what you originally paid!

While this experience started off a little rocky, because the crew assigned to me got held up by another customer, Justin communicated wonderfully with me to devise some back up plans. I understand that every move doesn’t go as expected and was able to be flexible, and Justin bent over backwards to make sure my items were unloaded as quickly as possible. The movers that came, Gavin and Isaiah, were young, but full of energy and very polite. They were able to move my big, heavy pieces by working together and communicating well. They placed boxes where I asked them and as they get more experience the unloading process will become very routine to them. I would recommend, Justin was a joy to work with and I appreciate the communication.
