While this experience started off a little rocky, because the crew assigned to me got held up by another customer, Justin communicated wonderfully with me to devise some back up plans. I understand that every move doesn’t go as expected and was able to be flexible, and Justin bent over backwards to make sure my items were unloaded as quickly as possible. The movers that came, Gavin and Isaiah, were young, but full of energy and very polite. They were able to move my big, heavy pieces by working together and communicating well. They placed boxes where I asked them and as they get more experience the unloading process will become very routine to them. I would recommend, Justin was a joy to work with and I appreciate the communication.

Very slow helpers who are working to make more hours. Their sluggish service caused the offloading an extra 2 hrs which costed me extra $320 while some of my stuffs were left at the door for me to move by myself
