I will start off by saying this was taking place on Memorial Day and was a resheduled job do to the fact that the new apartment wasnt ready on the original scheduled day. It was in fact scheduled for the 26th but in the end was put on the schedule last minute on memorial day to accomodate Amber. My son that is 16 years old came and sat in the vehicle on his ipad and waited patiently so we could leave directly after to catch a plane to go on vacation. Which i told Amber before hand he would be with us and she said it was totally fine. When we arrived we were greeted by the boyfriend and did a walk through of the apartment. I didnt even see Amber until 3/4 of the move was accomplished at that point she was stating we were doing a great job. From her experience which im not really to sure what that would have been but saying it should have taken an hour is absolutley impossible the job did in fact only take two hours with my crew of 2 and from my 15 years experience this job should have taken 4 movers well over 2 hours seeings as nothing was packed and ready to go. We were moving handfulls of clothes, open boxes, furniture not emptied nore cleared off etc...

The piece of furniture that didnt break but rather fell apart due to being incorrectly put together by Amber.

Was then put back together and put in place un broken and standing sturdy with a tv on top. This in all wasnt a standard move but more so moving from one apartment to another apartment which was a 5 minute walk from door to door. 2 hour minimum charge was initiated and no additional cost was asked of or charged.The boyfriend did in fact help and told us repeatedly that he was sorry for the mess and the horrible odor throughout the apartment. He must have told us that 5-6 tiMes while working with him. He then told us at the end of the move when it was completed to follow him out to his car telling us that there would have been no way he could have moved the apartment without our help. He then tipped us a genourus amount and he also said that he was going to give us a 5 star review and make sure of it. So in all im really not sure where this is all coming from since amber and the boyfriend told us we did a great job. ( Im assuming since the contract was under her name he had no say in this review but since the boyfriend was stated in the review as the main reason the job was completed i thought id touch on that and the fact Amber was not around for any part of the actual move done from initial apartment what so ever. )
