We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The movers arrived exactly on time, were prepared, friendly, and finished the job ahead of schedule. There weren't any problems with damage to furniture and they were careful not to scuff floors or mar the walls.

John and Ross were great. Arrived early, worked very efficiently, and even used their experience to go above and beyond and take charge loading the truck as well. Nothing damaged beyond the wheel of a suitcase. They finished nearly an hour ahead of schedule. Nice guys too. Highly recommend.

On time. Not prepared. I reserved 4 people. Only 3 showed. They were given explicit instructions on fragile boxes, and all boxes were marked with clear arrows to indicate the direction they should be packed, yet there were dishes and glasses in the van placed in a way that disregarded those indications. They were professional in demeanour, and did work hard, but could have asked more questions while loading the van regarding placement. The space could have been used better. I'd likely seek other companies in the futureā¦and be willing to pay more. Having an extra friend to text communication during the move on site would be helpful.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
