INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Nice guys, quick, took good care packing up my truck for a long distance move. Would highly recommend; they eased a lot of stress and packed up the truck I was going to drive about 1,000 miles well. No items broken or damaged.

My review is late in the writing, but the day and the expertise of the guys from Promove are still fresh in my mind! Our helpers from Promove made our move possible. Our truck was too small for the entire contents of our apartment. Truly stressful day! Our 2 helpers from Promove We’re master Tetris puzzlers! They took a really difficult problem and solved it. Amazing experience!! Kirk and Tyrell were on time and very patient when we had to wait for the container delivery. Super quick unload of the container and worked so hard on the steep narrow stairs. They were super careful with moving family heirlooms, fragile glass and marble items. I would highly recommend!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
