INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Kirk, Dee & Justin are excellent...!!! They showed up before the schedule & start to assess the workload to make a very good plan. The move (loading) went very well without a hitch, these 3 gentlemen are real pro !!! They advised how to make a better arranging the stuffs to get the easy access for the unloading. The job was completed in a very professional level as the name ProMove. I do highly recommended ProMove...for the professional moving labor helpers.

These guys are awesome! Dee and Malik were our movers and they are just great people. They were both on time and they worked the entire 4 hours plus 1 extra hour. All of our things were moved with care and they even helped us remove the trash! I would absolutely use them again! Thanks guys!!!

Kirkland and Dee (?) were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, friendly, responsible and heroically hard-working. This move was into a fourth floor walk-up on a very hot, humid day. And there were some very heavy items. But through it all, they maintained a positive, jovial attitude throughout the ordeal. I was amazed. Of all the services HIre-A-Helper represents this was the cheapest. There was no extra charge for fourth floor walk-up. I felt their service was a great value. I can't imagine receiving a better service. Thanks again guys!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
