They got there on time, did a wonderful, careful, and efficient job of unloading our truck. They were very professional and even brought mats to lay out all over our house so they wouldn't track in dirt or scuff floors. They were pleasant and I would definitely recommend them.

In the beginning they worked very well. Used ropes to tie down various objects and packed to the top of the truck. After about halfway (which was most likely at the 4 hour point) they didn't use any tie downs (we provided additional ropes and straps) and left a significant amount of room between boxes and top of truck. Upon opening the truck upon delivery everything that was not tied down had shifted and several boxes fell causing breakage of a large glass picture cover. They were pleasant fellows but could have done a better job securing items.

I hired Allbright (2 guys for the min of 2 hrs) for the unloading only of a fully packed 16 ft Penske moving truck.
Besides the 2 movers Allbright sent a third person as a supervisor all the way from an 80+ miles away location.
Allbright's guys unloaded the truck into a ground floor apartment and garage in the same time it took the 2 other guys I had also hired via HireAHelper.com to load my townhouse and they were done early. Allbright brought the dolly but did most of the work carrying by hand. They took good care of our goods - I would hire them again.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
