Done right movers was excellent. They arrived at exactly the time they said and with the proper equipment. They fit a four bedroom house with added “stuff” into a 26’ truck like jigsaw masters. Nothing was broken nor damaged in any way. The movers had excellent attitudes even in the 90+ degree heat and always polite. I would highly recommend Done Right Movers to anyone who wants professional, fast and polite service. Great job Done Right Movers.

My crew of 2 arrived right on time to unload my truck. They were careful with my property (lots of packed glass and antique furniture) and put it all exactly where I asked them to. They were respectful of my time and got it all done within the time frame I'd paid for. I'd definitely hire them again!

Up until the last set of guys that came out to help us unload a pod and set up furniture we had had good help from this company. However the last set of guys that came to do the unload/setup were disappointing, to put it in the mildest way. They showed up and one immediately asked to use the bathroom. All totaled he spent about 30 minutes of their 2 hours in the restroom. My husband ended up doing some of the heavy lifting he was supposed to do. But the worst of it was the condition he left both of our bathrooms in. It looked and smelled like a truck stop! Not only were the commodes left totally filthy but he had such blowout that there was feces all over the walls. This is a brand new house! It took a bottle of bleach to clean it all so we felt comfortable again. It was disgusting. In addition, one of the beds that he set up (that only had a headboard) was put together so shabbily that it was completely unstable and wobbly. We had to redo it.
I hesitated to add this review because I hate to have anyone’s livelihood impacted, but I truly would never let this group (only these last two men) back in my home for anything.

Mover's response:

I'm sorry my helper left a mess. He was consequently let go for not cleaning his mess. I cannot control my helpers bodily functions and sometimes regrettably we all have bad days. I don't know what the other helper did that made him "disappointing". He worked the whole time and had to take up the slack of the other employee. Your husband told him that he did a good job. Not sure why the helper didn't clean up the mess, maybe being a new house there wasn't any cleaning supplies and was too embarrassed to ask for any. We always try to do the best job we can. I know that there was some confusion about the beds (husband thought there was only two and there was three) so that may have been some of the lifting he had to do, we would have taken care of it after the confusion was resolved. As far as the headboard is concerned, I was told that there was only one bolt provided per side when a minimum of two per side is needed. We don't carry any extra hardware and have to use only what is provided. Yes this does impact our livelihood especially now with this current crisis and things are very slow and now I will have to find someone to replace the fired worker who has been a good employee for the last two years. In his defense he is partly responsible for the Many Good reviews we have gotten.
