In loading our TV they banged the left rear corner and broke the screen. The TV has to be replaced.
Also, they did not reassemble the desk or finish the queen bed and did not want to do the table until I requested.
I expect to be reimbursed

I have lived in my house about a month now and I gave them specific instructions that if they were tools in the bins and or Christmas decoration they went in the shed now I’m getting to my shed and boxes clearly Mark kitchen are in the shed and I’m by myself so now I have to move the stuff from in the shed up a flight of stairs into my house so I guess you have to watch every second!

We had 2 sets of movers one set on Jan 18 to pack and 19th to load the containers from the storage unit.
We just had the pods delivered to VA and found out we are missing our 70 inch curved TV and furniture dolly.
We checked both pods and did not see the TV or dolly once they were delivered.
The TV was in the storage unit on the evening of the 18th but was never packed in the pod.
I would call to complain but there was no proof with photos to show what was not loaded. Wanted to let you know for future bookings. Although it was a 5 year old TV that probably would not work now, we will not use Hire a helper again

The helpers were beyond my expectations. They were polite, listened to my concerns and helped me save thousands of dollars by the way they efficiently packed my pods. I didn't order enough pods and they came back the next day to finish the project. They made a stressful move actually a bit enjoyable!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking us we will reach out with a courtesy call upon accepting your order and getting details about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If booking a morning job the guys will call when leaving the shop with gps arrival time. If afternoon arrival we will keep the customer up to date with the crews progress on current job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Box up all miscellaneous items such as lamps, pictures and small items. If needed we can supply packing materials and labor. Make sure they have all personal items they need for their trip put aside.
What types of moves have you handled?
We travel all over the U.S.A and have loaded shipping containers to go all over the world. If it needs to be moved we can get it there, worldwide.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about this business is helping people that don't have the time or physical ability to do it themselves. I hear from a lot of our customers how they moved themselves so many times but are just to old to do it anymore. That is we come in for their first experience with paid movers to show them how stress free it can be at an affordable price.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are ran through a wrapping and loading class at our warehouse before going on their first job. Proper technique on wrapping furniture to minimize damage and then loading of trucks,pods, and storage units.
