When I moved from Oregon to Las Vegas NV, I contacted Happy Helpers through Hire A Helper. They were very accommodating when my schedule changed and when I arrived, they were right on time. Both workers were knowledgeable and worked hard. Within 2 hours the truck was empty and my new apartment was filled with my belongings. I can guarantee that, in a few months, when I move to my new, permanent home, Happy Helpers will be among the first calls I make.

What a truly great crew with tremendous loading skills. I had a 26’ U-Haul truck completely loaded at 4 hours by a 2 person crew. Great job on utilizing the space. Greater than 95% of the space used. The load was cubed very well. Only a couple of minor scratches. I had 60 pads and they used 59. I would use them again. Probably my best assisted move.

The purpose behind my decision to hire “Happy Helpers” was to provide a service to load the U-Haul and to minimize the lifting that myself, my mother of 51 and grandmother of 72 should have to endure.
The truck was loaded with minimal communication and according to the movers there was not enough room for everything that was remaining of the boxes in the garage to be loaded. After the movers left, we noticed damage to some furniture because the load was stacked to the ceiling and the door of the U-Haul would not roll down to close, so we had no choice but to start to unload just to get the door of the U-Haul to close.
As we three women started to unload a portion of the truck to get the door to come down, we were finding damaged furniture that was not damaged prior to the loading and space that was not utilized. I called the company immediately and notified them of the problems we were having, she apologized then I was asked if I had maybe done the damage to the furniture myself, I replied “no” and she specifically said “What do you want me to do about it” at that point I knew she was not going to do anything about the situation. The U-Haul had to be unloaded by three women and then reloaded because the job was not done properly
“Happy Helpers” was paid for a job “NOT” done well and were very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The movers from Happy Helpers were actually early! From the moment they arrived, they worked to ensure that my belongings were loaded safely and securely (I was traveling 2,100 miles). The finished job was nothing short of miraculous. Ed and Jeremy know EXACTLY what they are doing. In addition, they were professional, courteous, monstrously efficient, and personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my move.
