All three fellows were fantastic never stopped and loaded the truck quickly and keep asking what else was going to move. They wrapped all Glass items and the inside of truck looked well packed. A JOB WELL DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN 3:16

Great experience hiring John 3:16 for my recent move. Communication was just right - and they were right in time. Victor was outstanding - with a great work ethic and attitude. If it wasn’t for Victor rearranging and planning how to store all of my things, I don’t believe I would have been able to fit my furniture into the storage unit I had rented. John was equally hard working and respectful. Hiring John 3:16 was the best decision I made during this move. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I need to retrieve my things.

Victor and his crew were amazing! They helped us move a LOT of very heavy furniture and probably 100+ storage bins. They stayed later than expected until the job was completed. They were very considerate of our belongings and took the extra time to pack the truck carefully as we had a lot of family heirlooms and antiques to move out of state. I highly recommend Victor and John 3:16 for any move you have - large or small. Very nice gentleman, as well.

The two young men were on time and pleasant. However, they did not bring any tools even though I had mentioned when booking that at least one workstation would need to be disassembled to move. The lead man worked hard but the second guy disappeared and gave himself a cigarette and phone break in the middle of the job. I called the day before the job to say I thought it would probably take an hour longer than I had estimated, and was told by the boss that was fine, they were free. But the boss started pressing the crew to leave before that extra hour, and it was definitely needed. I give the lead man lots of credit and my gratitude for finishing the job for me even under this pressure. All in all, it worked out but it was not as smooth or professional as I expected.

Mover's response:
Tools are available upon request as mentioned when ordering the helpers, they were not requested. I encouraged the crew to make sure they finished before a '4th' hr was needed! We gave customer the extra 3rd hr and she paid for 3 hrs so I'm slightly confused. One guy did take one 5 min break on this 3 hr job. I'm glad the guys got everything done in the time purchased without any damages or injuries as usual.

Quick and efficient, these guys are the best! No issues even with 4 flights of stairs, couches, beds, and heavy furniture.

The crew showed up late due to staffing issues and then traffic. When they did show up for the most part they worked hard and quickly. However, some of the handling of more delicate items I didn't feel like they were being careful enough. They were supposed to bring tools to take apart a couple items and they didn't have them which delayed things even more. Lastly, at the end of the truck it seemed like things were kind of just "thrown in" instead of packed properly. I provided plenty of rope for the truck. I don't think I can honestly recommend this company after my experience.

Mover's response:
I informed customer one of the 4 helpers sustained an injury the morning of, which has never happened and I'd have to go pick up his replacement. I informed customer we'd be slightly delayed ahead of time. I worked on this move personally and I am slightly confused regarding the rest. Even though we worked in the rain the entire time, the truck was packed efficiently with care (I packed it) thus why there was no damage done to any items and load made it safely and secure from Chi to Maine. We did bring tools but were missing the size wrench customers bed required so I personally drove to the Ace Hardware on the next block and was gone for 5 min. Job was completed in under the 4 hrs the customer purchased and customer was not charged a cent more than original invoice. Once again, our apologies for our rare but minor delay. I believe I might've made Uriah uncomfortable when I asked him why he had a tattoo of a big devil on him although that wasn't my intention. I was honestly curious.
