They were late more than an hour.
They packed well but seemed tired which is understandable.
They were respectful.
Moving is a hard job, if you use them I suggest doing it in the am so they aren't late and they're not worn out from a long day of work.

Great communication day of. They were prepared and very helpful. Everything was handled with care and put in the correct space. Did a good job putting my bed back together. They were efficient with their time and I would definitely use them again!

The Hire-a-Helpers were excellent. They were very personable and unloaded a very full truck. They worked very hard. They made several trips down a steep flight of stairs and never complained. They were very careful with items that had been broken in transit including glass in picture frames. They kept in touch with us as we were traveling to the new house and we shared updates on arrival time. It all worked out very well. I highly recommend them and appreciate their help and kindness.

John 3:16 Movers were on time, polite and professional.
Care was taken to tightly pack the freight trailer, and prevent damage to our items while loading.
They used so many moving blankets, I had to get more while they were loading. Our items completely filled the 28 ft. freight trailer.
The job took longer than what I had booked them for and they were able to accomodate us with added time.
I would certainly use them again.
I will post a second comment once we get to our destination and unload the trailer. Its a 600 mile trip, so we will see how well our items survived.
