This review is inaccurate. First, the truck was not ready when we arrived for the Friday 5-6pm window customer selected which we were on time for. We had to wait for customers brother to come down and go get the truck and park in front of building. Then they wanted to show us both available routes to give us a choice of elevator route or stair route. So maybe this is what was meant. But that took maybe 15 min tops, not sure where "35 min" came from. We got right to work after that. Customer ordered job to move her father into new condominium complex. She never saw unit as she orchestrated this move from Pennsylvania and job was in Illinois and had apparently no idea how far the unit was from the elevator. She ordered 2 movers / 2 hours to unload a fully loaded 20ft truck. It took 3.5 hrs (Google says that's how long it typically takes not factoring third floor and long hallway) and we only charged for 3. Customers brother who was on site with us paid us directly for the additional hr because their father closed the order out an hr into the job leaving no way to add the additional hr at completion. He also tipped us $80 because he witnessed how hard we worked non stop and thanked us numerous times and never questioned our work ethic once. The unit was on the third floor and far from elevator. Brothers teenage son and a few friends came midway and grabbed some boxes and were there for 15 min tops because there weren't many boxes left, just furniture that was too heavy for them. We worked hard and fast with no breaks the entire time. It is unfair to slander us because the scope of the job was not accurately assessed. We're just grateful to have completed another damage free move.

We arrived 10 min late due to heavy traffic but finished the job in under the time purchased. Customer felt we finished too quick and didn't get her full two hrs worth as she couldn't find anything else for us to do. We were not and are never 'cocky or unprofessional' which is possibly why no example was given. Please see prior reviews for genuine sentiment regarding our attitudes and work ethic.
