The arrival window was 12-1. We started at 1:05. We informed customer we hit some nasty traffic prior. Parking in the heart of downtown was not easy. We finished the job within the two hrs purchased. And only because we literally ran down 10 flights of stairs at least seven times to avoid waiting for the one and only working elevator (which we were not paid for nor asked to be compensated for) while sharing it with two construction crews and tenants (the other two were down), otherwise, I'm sure it would've taken even longer. Unaware of this, the husband snapped at us for not literally running because walking fast just wasn't enough which prompted me to inform him we were "Christian and would not respond negatively to unreasonable impositions", which I suppose was his definition of 'rude', as to possibly why no specifics were mentioned. The two times we went to our car for 30 seconds each was to drink water, not to smoke. Neither of us were witnessed smoking anything at all because we did not smoke anything at all, however, the construction crew downstairs were smoking. We did however have a damage free move completed in exactly the time purchased (2 hrs).

Our previous customers were elder and underestimated their move a tad, however, we still arrived within the window for Joshua. I suppose he assumed we were supposed to be there at the beginning of the window. We did inform him prior to our eta. We were not asked to target specific items first, so we loaded the truck in the orthodox fashion ie boxes first, mattresses, dressers, couches, etc. We paced ourselves as always to avoid damage which there were none. We personally did not damage anything at all, which is possibly why no specifics were mentioned. We would've informed customer if we did. Customer claims he noticed an imperfection long after we left and decided to blame it on us when this home was far from new without ever suggesting he witnessed us as the ones who caused it which is rather unfair. The customers wife praised us and was super nice to us the entire time (which Joshua didn't seem to appreciate much), while Joshua looked internally upset from the moment we met him. We still finished the job in under the time purchased with no damage to any belongings we loaded and unloaded, or the home. Please see prior reviews for genuine sentiment regarding our work ethic.
