Arrived with the attitude he was doing me a favor by showing up. Left all my possessions unattended at times in a high traffic area and when I told him I would remain with the pod he was unloading while the twoof them went inside he told me I had an attitude and there were camera's all around. When 2 hours was up he appeared in my face and told me he needed an apology saying I was sorry truly sorry for what I do not know and demanded it. He told me he was going to leave all my belongings in the unloading area 10 floors down and walk away. He is a nut, I had no choice but to try and Calm him down for what I don't no. I was a woman alone. Used you guys before through pack rat they were wonderful. His helper was a nice guy and agreed he was nuts before he left. I tipped the helper. Bad and scary experience.

They were running 30 minutes behind, but called to let me know in plenty of time. When they got here, they jumped in and worked very hard in extreme heat to get 2 trucks unloaded. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys were great. They worked extremely hard taking heavy furniture up to a 3rd floor apartment on a hot summer day. They took great care of the heavy pieces, moving carefully around the stairs and corners. Very professional too.
